As part of our ParaPride programmes, we help businesses, social spaces and bars/restaurants evolve their thinking on what access can and should look like.

Esi Hardy is our access trainer-in-residence and is a leading disability thought leader. She works with private, public and not-for-profit organisations to influence and develop disability awareness in the workplace and in day-to-day life.

Esi founded Celebrating Disability, a consultancy that enables greater equality and inclusion of disabled people. As a result of her personal lived experience of disability and strategic business experience, she helps organisations be armed with the tools needed to competently engage and recognise disabled people as valuable team members and customers.

Join us for a Disability Inclusion 101 webinar as Esi talks through the fundamentals of being an accessible and inclusive organisation.
